Scuba Diving Trips
Coiba Dive Expeditions offer you a unique dive trip and dive experience. Observe the fascinating and dynamic underwater world of the Tropical Eastern Pacific, an opportunity to encounter some of over 760 species of fish and 33 species of sharks including schooling scalloped hammerhead shark.
As you enjoy the splendors of the sea, you can rest assured that your safety is our top priority on each scuba diving trip. In order to participate on our scuba trips, you must have logged 25 dives and have received open water certification. While diving in the waters of the Coiba, Coco and Malpelo islands is comparable to diving in the other areas of the Pacific, Red Sea and Indian Ocean, new divers may find these waters too difficult to maneuver.

These presentations provide opportunities to discuss the natural environment that makes up the region and enhance your knowledge of the marine life that you will see during your dives.
Most diving days consist of two dives in the morning and one in the afternoon, with several night diving opportunities provided throughout each trip. Each of our dive vacations begins with the opportunity for one or two "check out dives," providing you the opportunity to test your dive equipment, weighting and test your camera gear, along with providing an insight and orientation to the ocean conditions and marine environment of the rich waters of the Tropical Eastern Pacific.
